Fjordlight is carbon neutral. Neutrality covers our own operations and is achieved through a 60% cut in fuel and electricity use since 2019 plus verified Gold Standard credits for the remainder.

Our offices are climate neutral. This applies to the Oslo and Bergen offices only, is calculated on 2023 electricity and heating data, and is verified annually by DNV.

We offer low-carbon heating for apartment blocks. This means a heat pump system that uses 70% less purchased energy than the gas boiler it replaces, measured over a full heating season.

Customers can add carbon offsetting to any plan. The credits come from the Verra-registered Kariba forest project; retirement certificates are published each quarter.
